According to the structure and function of hIL-5, hILS $ 19-terminal peptide was designed and synthesized to immunize mice. After fusion, seven anti-hIL-5 monoclonal antibodies (mAb) were screened out. The mAb activity assay was performed using the Mrt method using the TF-1 cell-dependent growth characteristics of hILS.METHODS AND METHODS 1.
