随着全球金融危机的进一步蔓延,消费市场持续疲软,导致了企业销售额的下降,利润也相应出现大幅度的下降,包装印刷行业也不例外。在这种情况下,一个企业若想生存和发展,势必要从公司的利润点下功夫。怎样才能在原有的订单量基础上维持公司的利润率水平或是保本?这不但需要提高产品的市场竞争力,更重要的是要加强成本控制,最大限度提高产品的利润点。现代包装印刷行业的成本控制包括三个方面:采购成本,质量成本,损耗成本。
With the further spread of the global financial crisis, the consumer market continued to weaken, resulting in a decline in corporate sales and a corresponding sharp drop in profits. The packaging and printing industry is no exception. Under such circumstances, if an enterprise wants to survive and develop, it is bound to make efforts from the profits of the company. Modern packaging and printing industry cost control includes three aspects: procurement costs, quality costs, loss costs.
