楔横轧技术在齿轮轴毛坯成形方面的应用不断扩大,然而到目前为止国内外还没有关于楔横轧齿轮轴毛坯的标准,给该类产品的设计、生产、交易,特别是出口贸易带来困难。目前已经报批的机械行业标准《齿轮轴毛坯楔横轧技术条件》从原材料选择,表面、内在质量要求,加工余量和公差选择,尺寸精度直至发货交付等方面进行了规范,为楔横轧生产和交易提供了理论依据,并填补了国内外齿轮轴楔横轧标准的空白。
