本文介绍一种作为标准压力信号源的浮球式标准压力发生器和标准真空发生器,并讨论将它做为一次压力标准直接加入以计算机为中心的自动测压系统进行实时校准的前景,并就某航空发动机科研试车台现有的通过标准传递进行自校的测试系统进行技术改造,提出以上述压力信号源实现实时校准的设想。
This article presents a standard ballistic pressure generator and a standard vacuum generator as a standard pressure signal source and discusses the prospect of using it as a pressure standard directly in a computer-centric automated manometry system for real-time calibration. The existing technology of test system of aeroengine test bed by self-calibration is carried out through standard transmission, and the idea of real-time calibration using the above pressure signal source is proposed.
