目的了解我院医务人员自愿呈报药品不良反应(ADR)的报告质量,推进我院ADR报告与监测工作,促进我院临床合理用药。方法对我院2008年至2010年413例ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果我院ADR涉及抗菌药物、中成药及心、脑血管系统等药物,主要为静脉给药316例(76.5%),ADR处理方式以停药为主。结论临床应高度重视ADR报告质量,加强医务人员和患者的教育,逐步提高ADR报告利用价值。
Objective To understand the quality of voluntary reporting of adverse drug reactions (ADR) reported by medical staff in our hospital, to promote the reporting and monitoring of ADR in our hospital and to promote the rational use of drugs in our hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 413 ADR cases from 2008 to 2010 in our hospital. Results ADR in our hospital involved antibacterial drugs, proprietary Chinese medicines, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems and other drugs, mainly for intravenous administration of 316 cases (76.5%). ADR treatment mainly discontinued. Conclusion Clinical reports should attach great importance to the quality of ADR reporting, strengthen the education of medical personnel and patients, and gradually increase the value of ADR reporting.
