干细胞可以通过增殖、分化 ,补充机体所需的细胞。对肺部上皮干细胞的研究 ,不仅使我们对肺的发育、肺损伤修复机制有一个新的认识 ,而且对肺损伤修复治疗的设计也有重要意义 ,还能估计肺部肿瘤的发展情况 ,从而预防癌症的发生并应用于体内的基因治疗。除在肺局部寻找干细胞之外 ,其他干细胞转化为肺组织干细胞的可能性也值得探讨。本文综述了国内外此领域的最新研究进展
