目的:采用HPLC测定当归药材中阿魏酸的含量,同时建立其指纹图谱,探索原药材与药材粉末勾兑后阿魏酸含量及指纹图谱的差异,寻找使药材质量达到均一的途径。方法:阿魏酸含量以《中国药典》标准的130%为含量的勾兑目标,测定9批不同批次当归及勾兑后10批药材的含量;以9批不同批次的当归生成的对照指纹图谱作为勾兑后药材的参照指纹图谱,建立它们的指纹图谱。结果:勾兑后,含量结果与目标值接近,偏差在±10%以内,勾兑后的指纹图谱相似度均在0.980以上。结论:不同批次药材通过逐步代入法勾兑可使指标成分含量接近目标值且指纹图谱相似度趋于一致,显著提高药材的质量均一性。该方法准确度高、操作简便,不使用复杂数学软件,可作为中药材勾兑的新方法。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of ferulic acid in Radix Angelicae Sinensis by HPLC and to establish the fingerprint of ferulic acid. To explore the difference of ferulic acid content and fingerprint between original powder and medicinal powder after powder blending, and to find a way to make the quality of medicinal material uniform. Methods: The content of ferulic acid was determined by the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (130%) as the blending target. The content of ferulic acid in 10 batches of Angelica sinensis As a reference drug after blending fingerprint, establish their fingerprints. Results: After blending, the content and target values close to, the deviation within ± 10%, the similarity of the chromatograms after blending were above 0.980. Conclusion: The contents of the index components in different batches of medicinal herbs can be close to the target value through the step-by-step substitution and the similarity of the fingerprints are similar, which can significantly improve the quality uniformity of medicinal materials. The method is highly accurate, easy to operate and can be used as a new method for blending traditional Chinese medicines without using complex mathematical software.
