5G8038是上海元件五厂最近研制的单片函数发生器,只要外接少量元件就能产生方波、三角波、正弦波等各种波形,同时还可以构成触发器、定时器、整形电路等等。为了使读者了解此器件的性能、特点,本文通过实例介绍其应用,并提供实测数据。有关该器件的典型参数及特性图,请查阅该厂产品目录,这里只给出5G8038的框图及管脚排列,如图1所示。下面介绍其应用。
5G8038 is a monolithic function generator recently developed by Shanghai No.5 Factory. It can generate various waveforms such as square wave, triangle wave and sine wave as long as a few external components are connected, and it also can form flip-flop, timer, shaping circuit and so on. In order to make the reader understand the performance and characteristic of this device, this article introduces its application through the example, and provide the measured data. Refer to the product catalog for the typical parameters and characteristics of the device. The block diagram and pin assignments for the 5G8038 are given here, as shown in Figure 1.
