一、把思想认识统一到十三大精神上来当前,我省党史工作系统正在掀起学习十三大文件的热潮。这是贯彻十三大精神的一个重要步骤。要把我省党史工作提高到新的水平,很重要的一点,就是要认认真真地学习好党的十三大文件,学好赵紫阳同志在福建视察工作时的重要指示,加深对社会主义初级阶段理论的认识,加深对深化改革、扩大开放的认识。
