以广西壮族自治区内五所高校为调查对象,主要采用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法,对其公共体育课教学情况进行调查,发现各高校的教学情况不尽如人意,存在学生对于公共体育课的学习兴趣不高,教师授课手段单一,学校相关的基础设施不到位等问题。为此,教师要注重培养和增强学生的运动兴趣;授课过程中注重学生的心理变化;根据学生特点,精选授课内容;改进授课方法,不断提高体育课的授课质量,提升学生的运动机能。
Taking the five colleges and universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the investigation objects, this paper mainly uses the literature review, the investigation method and the logical analysis method to investigate the public PE teaching situation and finds that the teaching conditions in colleges and universities are not satisfactory. Less interest in class learning, a single teacher teaching methods, school-related infrastructure is not in place and other issues. To this end, teachers should pay attention to cultivate and enhance student interest in sports; teaching process focus on students ’psychological changes; according to the characteristics of students, selection of teaching content; improve teaching methods, and continuously improve the quality of physical education teaching, improve students’ motor function.
