随着金融业改革开放步伐的加快，金融业的竞争局面在我国已初步形成。适应金融业发展的创新人才越来越起着重要的作用。２１世纪将是金融工程的世纪，改革开放以来我国金融业的巨大变化以及近年来国际金融环境的深刻变化，使得金融教育必须跟随金融形势的变化而调整，金融业的发展呼唤金融成人教育的创新。而金融成人教育如何进行教育创新，则是亟待研究的重大课题。
With the acceleration of the reform and opening up of the financial industry, the competitive situation in the financial industry has been initially established in our country. Innovative personnel who adapt to the development of the financial industry are increasingly playing an important role. The 21st century will be the century of financial engineering. Since the reform and opening up, tremendous changes in China’s financial industry and the profound changes in the international financial environment in recent years have made it necessary for financial education to adjust to changes in the financial situation. The development of the financial industry calls for innovation in financial adult education . However, how to carry out educational innovation in financial adult education is an important issue to be studied urgently.
