1998年夏,身处东北边陲的孙吴县党校讲师高文和,心系“三江”人民安危,苦心钻研,接连设计出3个比较科学的抗洪抢险技术措施,并很快传递到湖南、湖北和黑龙江省抗洪第一线。经各地采用,取得了很好效果。下面介绍的就是3个技术措施之一《利用钢筋四面体框架截流》,供施工中参考。所谓钢筋四面体框架就是用6根金属质(如角钢、螺纹钢、圆钢等)连接而成的每个面都是三角形的框架。简称框架。四面体框架串是将两个或两个以上的四面体框架用钢丝绳连接起来,形成一个串。简称框架串。而四面体框架笼则是将四面体框架的3个面用钢筋“封闭”住,形成有一个开口的笼。简称框架笼。这种钢筋四面体框架串主要用于江河截流,堵塞决堤,溃口。
