本文主要介绍BFEL的宏脉冲电子束的时间能谱图像的获取和用软件对其几何畸变和亮度畸变修正到理想的误差范围。为今后的时间能谱图像分析打下了基础。
This article mainly introduces the acquisition of the time-frequency spectrum of the BFEL’s macro-pulsed electron beam and the correction of its geometric distortion and brightness distortion to the ideal error range by software. It laid the foundation for the analysis of energy spectrum in the future.
