社会主义和谐社会是公平正义的社会,是一个各种利益关系不断得到协调的社会。现阶段,我国居民收入差距不断拉大,收入分配不公的问题已经成为我国经济社会持续稳定发展的重大障碍,也影响到公平正义的和谐社会建设。本文试通过对收入分配不公问题的原因分析,提出加快转变政府职能,调节垄断行业过高收入,深化税制改革,破除城乡二元结构等对策,以期对解决社会收入分配不公问题,促进社会主义和谐社会建设有所裨益。
A socialist harmonious society is a fair and just society, a society in which all kinds of interests are constantly being coordinated. At this stage, the income gap between residents in our country is constantly widened and the problem of unfair income distribution has become a major obstacle to the sustained and steady economic and social development in our country, as well as to the construction of a harmonious society featuring fairness and justice. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the unfair distribution of income, this paper proposes measures to speed up the transformation of government functions, regulate over-income in monopoly industries, deepen the reform of taxation system and eliminate the dual structure of urban and rural areas, with a view to resolving the problem of unfair distribution of social income and promoting socialist harmony Social construction is helpful.
