大学生处在人生发展的重要阶段,面临学习、交友、就业和职业竞争等种种问题和压力,容易造成心理危机或心理障碍。音乐是情感表达的良好方式,是打开心灵世界的一把钥匙,是大学生情绪宣泄的理想出口。运用音乐治疗进行心理辅导,利用积极的音乐体验——包括听、唱、演奏、律动等各种手段,使学生达到健康目的。在改善大学生的人际关系、调整情绪、适应环境、加强人际交往和增强自信等方面有明显的效果。在音乐教育领域使用音乐治疗模式对预防大学生心理疾患也具有重要的作用。
Undergraduates are at an important stage of their life development and are faced with various problems and pressures such as learning, making friends, employment and professional competition, which can easily lead to psychological crisis or psychological disorder. Music is a good way to express emotions, is a key to open the spiritual world, is an ideal outlet for college students emotional catharsis. Use music therapy for psychological counseling, using positive music experiences - including listening, singing, playing, rhythm and other means to enable students to achieve their health goals. In improving college students’ interpersonal relationships, adjust emotions, adapt to the environment, strengthen interpersonal relationships and enhance self-confidence and other aspects have obvious effects. The use of music therapy in the field of music education also plays an important role in preventing mental disorders in college students.
