The “Decision on Some Issues Concerning the Enforcement of the Implementation of the People’s Courts” passed and enforced by the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress in March this year has aroused strong repercussions in the national judicial system and has drawn wide attention and praise from all sectors of society.
