目前,我国正处在全面的经济社会转型期,经济结构的调整与发展,对我国的技工教育提出了新的挑战,人才需求也从过去的单一工种的技术工人,发展成为创造型的技能人才,技工教育的目标也从体力付出方式的传授变为高新技能创造性应用的掌握,人们的观念也从过去的劳动力概念,变成了人力资源的概念。近年来,虽然我国的技工教育事业蓬勃发展,但由于产业结构的不断升级,对技能人才的需求日益增长,以往的技工教育培养模式已经不能完全适应经济的发展变化,我国的技工教育还有很多“瓶颈”问题亟待解决。

People’s concepts have also changed from past labor concepts to human resources concepts. In recent years, despite the rapid development of mechanics education in our country, due to the continuous upgrading of the industrial structure and the ever-increasing demand for skilled personnel, the previous model of mechanized education can no longer fully adapt to the development and changes of the economy. There are still a lot of mechanics education in our country “Bottleneck ” problem to be solved.
