The report of the 16th CPC National Congress proposed that the key to building a well-off society in an all-round way is to enhance the competitiveness of economic entities. The First China Competitiveness Forum will be held in Beijing from March 22 to March 23, 2003. The forum will discuss the features, challenges, opportunities and countermeasures of the era of competitiveness, the positioning and building of the core competitiveness of enterprises, the trend and promotion strategy of the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises, the competitiveness of enterprises and the cultivation of independent intellectual property rights. Articles from the perspective of human resources management of the core competitiveness of enterprises, hoping to start a discussion, aroused widespread industry discussion.
