大力发展职业教育是我国目前乃至今后相当长的时间内的一项基本任务,但中职学生的现状不容乐观。每年我专业都会安排学生外出就业实习,学生在实习期间都反映出一些问题。例如有的学生在面试的过程当中由于表达能力欠缺被刷下来;有的不能适应企业的规章制度,干了不到几天就辞职的;有的不服从主管管理,与领导发生冲突等等。这些现象都说明了我们的学生在学校锻炼得不够,我们的教育管理没有与专业紧密结合,不能使学生较好较快地去适应岗位和企业
Vigorous development of vocational education is a basic task for a long time now in our country and beyond. However, the status quo of secondary vocational students is not optimistic. Every year, I professionally arrange students to go out for employment internship. Students reflect some problems during their internship. For example, some students in the interview process because of lack of ability to be brush down; some can not adapt to corporate rules and regulations, resigned in less than a few days; some do not obey the management, conflict with the leadership and so on. These phenomena all indicate that our students are not exercising enough at school, our education and management are not closely integrated with the major, and we can not make the students adapt themselves better to jobs and businesses
