本文估算了我省各地74个有代表性品种主要性状;株高、茎粗、穗长,穗粗、穗重,粒重,千粒重,草重,码数、根轮数,根数,节数,出苗—抽穗天数,抽穗—成熟天数,生育期的遗传参数,并分析了在谷子育种中的应用。生育期,株高,抽穗—成熟天数,节数遗传变异系数较小,广义遗传力较高,不易受环境条件影响,选择的可靠性较大,可在早期世代严加选择。草重、穗重、粒重,茎粗、根轮数遗传变异系数较大,广义遗传力较低,易受环境条件影响,早期单株选择效果不好,应到后期再进行单株选择。粒重,穗重,根数,草重遗传进度较大,选择效果较好。生育期,抽穗—成熟天数,根轮数,节数遗传进度较小,选择效果较差。穗重,粒重,草重遗传力较低,早期单株选择效果不好,可通过与它们高度遗传相关且遗传力较高的性状生育期,出苗—抽穗天数,株高,节数的选择来达到予期效果。通经分析表明,穗重,株高对粒重影响大,可作为粒重间接选择指标。
In this paper, the main characters of 74 representative cultivars in our province were estimated. Grain weight, panicle weight, root number, grass weight genetic progress larger, the selection effect is better. Growth stage, heading - maturity days, root rounds, the number of sections of the genetic progress smaller, less effective. Ear weight, grain weight, gravidity and heritability were low, and the effect of early single plant selection was not good. Through the selection of the traits related to their high heritability and heritability, such as growth period, emergence-heading date, plant height, To achieve the desired effect. Through the analysis shows that the panicle weight, plant height on the impact of grain weight can be used as an indirect indicator of grain weight.
