目的研究角化棘皮瘤(Keratoacanthoma,KA)的临床特点及治疗方案。方法通过对1例KA临床病例的研究和文献复习。结果行阴茎部分切除术后随访1年未复发。结论KA是一种较特殊的肿瘤,通常生长迅速、组织学表现类似典型的鳞癌,而临床上又多为良性表现。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of keratoacanthoma (KA). Methods A case of KA clinical studies and literature review. The results of penile partial resection follow-up of 1 year did not relapse. Conclusions KA is a special type of tumor. It usually grows rapidly, histologically resembles typical squamous cell carcinoma, and is clinically benign.
