目的设计一种用于肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血治疗的试验仪器,改变传统三腔两囊管从头至脚的牵拉固定方式,采用头盔式固定。使其压力、拉力保持合理的恒定,并实现数字电子监控、调控。使患者可以坐、立、卧,痛苦小,有利于治疗。方法针对传统三腔两囊管结构设计的缺点和不足,设计了头盔式固定装置,研制压力传感器、拉力传感器、节流阀、通气管、手动充气气囊等,实现拉力及压力数显并可调控。固定装置有两部分,一是设备固定,一是电子监控。结果该装置克服了传统悬吊式和鼻部固定式给患者带来的不利影响,减轻了患者在治疗过程中的痛苦;改变了以往拉力、压力不能实时监视及调控的困境;利用手动充气气囊和选择开关完成对不同气囊的充气,安全、方便快捷。临床模拟试用达到治疗使用要求。结论研制开发的仪器采用头盔式固定、拉力、压力荧光电子数显监视、调控,与传统方法相比功能优越。
