今年8月21日到9月4日,应日本NTT的邀请,我随四川省地区通信组到日本考察。所到之处,受到日本同行的热烈欢迎和盛情款待。短短半个月中,我们考察了日本北海道地区的电信事业,开阔了眼界,扩大了思路。日本电信通信的主要特点有五个: 一是电话机数量多,这是衡量一个国家通信水平的重要标志。日本全国电话机总数达到4150万部(84年预计到达数),每百人平均为36部。北海道(边远地区)已经达到208万部。
From August 21 to September 4 this year, at the invitation of Japan’s NTT, I went to visit Japan with the Sichuan Provincial Communications Unit. Wherever he went, by the Japanese counterparts a warm welcome and hospitality. In just a half month, we examined the telecommunication industry in Hokkaido, Japan, broadening our horizons and broadening our thinking. There are five main features of Japan Telecom Communications: First, the number of telephones is large, which is an important indicator of the level of communications in a country. The total number of national telephones in Japan reached 41.5 million (estimated number of arrivals in 1984), averaging 36 per 100 persons. Hokkaido (outlying areas) has reached 2.08 million.
