患者,女,40岁。阴道点滴流血50天,以往月经正常,28天为一月经周期。妇科查体:子宫40+天孕大,考虑早孕。化验:尿HCG(±)。 B超检查:膀胱中度充盈,子宫前位,体积略大,实质内回声均质。宫腔内可见一直径约1.5cm妊娠囊(图1右)。囊内未见胎芽及原始心管搏动,左侧附件区可见一直径1.92cm的妊娠囊,囊内也未见胎芽及原始心管搏动。提示早孕(宫腔内)合并左侧输卵管妊娠可能。
Patient, female, 40 years old. Vaginal bleeding for 50 days, the previous normal menstruation, 28 days for a menstrual cycle.
