随着科学技术的发展,在当前社会的各个领域中都涌现出了大批先进的技术和理论,从而为提高现代社会的生产水平起到了不可估量的作用。在当前的金属材料加工中也不例外,也涌现出了各种先进的加工技术和理论,随着这些理论和技术在金属材料加工中的应用,使得现代的金属材料加工水平大幅度提高,所加工出来的金属材料不管是在质量还是性能上,都有了实质性提升,从而为我国工业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。振动利用是当前金属材料加工中一种常用的加工手段,在金属材料的加工过程中引入振动,使得现代的金属材料加工质量和效率都得到了极大的改善。而随着振动在金属材料加工的利用,其本身也进行了相应的发展和创新,从而出现了更多振动相关的技术和理论。而为了使现代金属材料加工的水平进一步提高,加大对金属材料加工中振动利用问题的分析研究力度不仅意义重大,而且迫在眉睫。本文通过对金属材料加工的深入研究,然后对金属材料加工中的振动利用问题进行了详细阐述,以供同行探讨。
