应用Ｂｐ－ＥＬＩＳＡ和ＩｇＥ－ＩＲＭＡ方法分别测定３９例互隔交链孢霉变应性鼻炎患者和３３例碱蓬花粉变应性鼻炎患者血清总ＩｇＥ。结果表明，患者组明显高于各自的对照组，差异有统计学意义。对血清总ＩｇＥ的临床诊断价值进行了讨论。
Serum total IgE levels were measured in 39 cases of Alternaria alternata allergic rhinitis and in 33 cases of Perilla frutescens allergic rhinitis by using Bp-ELISA and IgE-IRMA methods respectively. The results showed that the patient group was significantly higher than the respective control group, the difference was statistically significant. The clinical value of serum total IgE is discussed.
