球体的机械加工在生产中是很广泛的。通常的加工方法是在车床的小托板上安装个铣动力头,适当降低主轴转速。由于一般车床原设计的主轴转速不能满足较低表面粗糙度的要求,需要增加一变速装置,而使得工艺装备的改造成本增加。本文作者对改变机床主轴转速与改变切削刀具的主、副偏角相结合的方法进行了研究,为提高球体加工精度、降低加工成本提供了理论依据。
Sphere machining in the production is very wide. The usual processing method is to install a milling power head on the small pallet of the lathe to properly reduce the spindle speed. As the general design of the original lathe spindle speed can not meet the requirements of a lower surface roughness, the need to increase a transmission device, which makes the cost of technology and equipment to transform. The author of this paper has studied the method of changing the spindle speed of the machine tool and changing the major and minor declination of the cutting tool, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the machining accuracy and reducing the machining cost.
