本文基于电力企业员工培训的意义,剖析影响企业员工培训因素,员工培训认识不到位,培训方法单一,内容缺乏针对性,评价机制不完善等,提出应对性思考:坚持科学发展观指导,提升员工培训宏观设计;坚持多元化培训方法,提升员工培训互动效应;构建动态化培训内容,提升员工培训的科学性;完善考核与评价机制,发挥评价的导向性作用等。
Based on the significance of staff training in electric power enterprises, this paper analyzes the factors influencing staff training, the lack of awareness of staff training, the single training method, the lack of pertinence and the imperfect evaluation mechanism, and puts forward countermeasures: Adhering to the guideline of scientific outlook on development, Training macro design; adhere to a variety of training methods to enhance staff training interaction effect; build dynamic training content, improve staff training scientific; improve assessment and evaluation mechanism, to play the guiding role of evaluation.
