我厂生产的F_1型产品整流罩是一种极限半锥角较小的曲母线零件,其形状如图1所示。以前采用两次强旋方法加工比较顺利,随着生产的发展,我们开始试用一次强旋方法加工成形,由于零件极限半锥角较小,因此给加工带来了较大的困难。通过在生产实践中的摸索,我们得到了一些肤浅的认识。为了保证曲线零件有均匀壁厚,毛料可按正弦律设计成斜削变厚度,其剖面如图
F_1-type product fairing produced by our factory is a kind of curved busbar part with a smaller limit of half cone angle. Its shape is shown in Fig.1. In the past, the method of two strong spin processing was relatively smooth. With the development of production, we started to try out a strong spin method to form.
