近年来经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)已经成为治疗上尿路结石的主要手术方式。但此手术方式仍与其他手术一样,术后出现出血、肾盂穿孔、邻近脏器的损伤、感染等并发症,其中术后出血是最常见的并发症[1]。驻马店市中心医院自2009年1月—2012年12月对440例上尿路结石患者采用经皮肾镜取石术,术后发生大出血10例,现分析报告如下:1资料与方法1.1临床资料本组患者10例,男6例,女4例。
