目的:探讨利普电刀切除术在宫颈病变诊治中的临床应用价值。方法:对130例宫颈疾病患者采用利普电切术治疗,观察手术时间、术中出血量及宫颈修复情况。结果:①术后3个月复查,治愈125例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率98.46%。②病理学检查:130例中125例与术前诊断相符合,3例术前病理诊断宫颈糜烂术后为CINⅠ,1例术前病理诊断CINⅠ术后为CINⅡ,1例术前病理诊断CINⅡ术后为宫颈原位癌。③无明显阴道出血、感染、颈管粘连狭窄等并发症发生。结论:利普电切术治疗宫颈疾病疗效显著,一次性治愈率高,操作简单安全,是值得推广的一项技术。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of Lipopotectomy in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions. Methods: Lipoperoxide was used to treat 130 cases of cervical diseases. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and cervix repair were observed. Results: ① Three months after operation, 125 cases were cured, 3 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 98.46%. ② pathological examination: 130 cases of 125 cases with preoperative diagnosis, 3 cases of preoperative pathological diagnosis of cervical erosion after surgery for CIN Ⅰ, 1 case of pathological diagnosis of CIN Ⅰ after surgery for CIN Ⅱ, 1 case of preoperative pathological diagnosis of CIN Ⅱ surgery After cervical cancer in situ. ③ no obvious vaginal bleeding, infection, neck stenosis and other complications. Conclusion: Lipp electrosurgical treatment of cervical disease significant effect, a one-time cure rate, simple and safe, is worth promoting a technology.
