本文通过模拟装管试验,测定了彩色显象管荫罩热变形及其所引起的电子束着屏偏差,介绍了国产及日本双金属片对荫罩热补偿之后,得出距管轴左右各65mm处的偏移得到了完全补偿。该项研究,对掌握制管技术和实现彩色显象管用双金属材料国产化具有一定指导作用。
In this paper, through the simulation of tube loading test, the thermal deformation of the color CRT shadow mask and the electron beam landing deviation caused by it were measured. After the thermal compensation of the shadow mask made by the domestic and Japanese bimetal slices, The offset at 65 mm is completely compensated. This research has some guidance on mastering the pipe making technology and domestication of bimetallic materials for color picture tube.
