我们渭惠渠高塬灌区共二十二个抽水站,是一九五八年大跃进时兴建的。由于渭河水含砂量大(一般在2~8%之间),泵的使用扬程高,水泵的磨损相当严重,叶轮、密封环等损坏很快,甚至会影响到泵体,发生穿孔等现象。为了解决这个问题,我们从一九六四年就开始使用环氧材料修补水泵。近十年来,有将近一百台机组(最大的是32Sh—19离心泵)基本上都多次进行了环氧材料的修补。目前台台机组都在继续使用,确保了机组高效低耗的运行。使用环氧材料修补
Twenty-two water pumping stations in the Wehuiqu highland irrigation area were built during the Great Leap Forward in 1958.
