目前,我国正在稻田生产中推广稻—萍—鱼共生立体体系。它利用稻田水体空间,实行水底种稻、水中养鱼、水面养萍,把稻田的单层次利用变为多层次生产。稻株为鱼创造了荫蔽的活动场所;并为萍的生长提供了良好的生态环境。萍为鱼提供了饵料,为水稻生长供应了肥料。鱼在水中游动、觅食、排泄为稻和萍提供肥料,并搅动表土层,抑制病虫害和杂草。三者从不同空间位置完成其生育的全过程,并组成相互依存、以长补短,助生助长的协调体系。
