我院1988年以来采用自制大黄悬液治疗上消化道出血,效果满意,总结如下。临床资料病例选择临床诊断为上消化道出血行急症内镜检查证实的活动性出血病人,根据就诊序号随机分为大黄悬液组和高渗盐水-肾上腺素溶液组(下称治疗组和对照组)。治疗组32例,男24例,女8例;平均年龄47岁;对照组32例,男27例,女5例,平均44岁。治疗组胃溃疡8例,十二指肠球部溃疡14例,出血性胃炎4例,十二指肠球炎2例,胃癌3例,食道静脉曲张破裂1例:对照组胃溃疡病9例,十二指肠球部溃疡11例,出血性胃炎6例,吻合口溃疡1例,食道静脉曲张2例,胃癌2例,胃息肉摘除1例.住院病人各为9例和7例,其余为门
