桥面铺装问题解决的前提,是明确铺装层结构的受力状态及特点。为了了解水泥混凝土桥的桥面铺装在荷载作用下的力学响应,必须首先确定各种应力应变相对应的桥面最不利荷载位置。采用三维有限元计算方法,利用实测的标准荷载及超载数据,以公路桥中常见的箱型结构梁桥和沥青混合料桥面铺装组成的体系作为分析对象,分析了应力应变值随荷载位置变化的规律,得出了桥面上荷载最不利受力位置。分析的结果可作为进一步分析桥面铺装受力规律的基础。
Deck pavement problem to solve the premise is to clear the pavement structure of the stress state and characteristics. In order to understand the mechanical response of bridge deck pavement of cement concrete bridge under load, we must first determine the most unfavorable load position of bridge deck corresponding to various stress and strain. The three-dimensional finite element method was used to calculate the stress-strain value with the load position and load data based on the measured standard load and overloading data. The analysis was made on the system consisting of the box-girder bridges and asphalt mixture pavement commonly found in highway bridges. The law of change, draw the most unfavorable load position on the bridge deck. The results of the analysis can be used as a basis for further analysis of the law of the deck pavement.
