本文就脐带异常的产前诊断及临床意义做一总结。1脐血管异常1.1单脐动脉(single umbilical artery,SUA)单脐动脉是指脐带内只有一条脐动脉,其发病率约为1%,其中左侧缺失占70%,右侧占30%。声像图像的特征是在脐带横断面仅见到两个管腔,其中一个较大的为脐静脉,另一个稍小的为脐动脉。脐带长轴面则变成了一条脐静脉与一条脐动脉相间,在膀胱水平切面彩超仅见一侧显示脐动脉血流,另一侧缺如。与正常脐动脉相比单脐动脉的管腔稍大。
