以羊草为实验材料,用不同浓度NaCl进行胁迫处理.结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,羊草可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量的变化恰好相反,过氧化物酶(POD)活性随胁迫时间的延长逐渐降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量则呈现先升高后下降的趋势.不同胁迫浓度处理下,各种生理指标随时间的变化情况分别用折线图表示.生理特性的变化表明羊草具有一定的耐盐性,是研究植物耐盐分子机制的好材料.
Leymus chinensis was used as experimental material and treated with NaCl at different concentrations. The results showed that under NaCl stress, the changes of soluble sugar content and soluble protein content were contrary, the activity of peroxidase (POD) decreased gradually with prolonging of stress time, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased first and then increased Downward trend. Under different stress concentrations, the changes of various physiological indexes with time were shown by the line chart. Changes in physiological characteristics show that Leymus chinensis has some salt tolerance and is a good material for studying salt tolerance molecular mechanism of plants.
