医院财务管理是医院经济管理中的重要组成部分之一,其在医院经济管理中占据着十分重要的地位、发挥着非常重要的作用。财务管理工作在医院的医疗服务中起着控制、引导的作用,其也是影响医院经济效益与社会效益的重要因素。医疗体制改革的不断深化,给医院财务管理提出了更严格的要求,同时,新医疗体制下医院财务管理也面临着诸多问题。基于这样的原因,新医疗体制下,如何实现医院财务管理的改进与创新,是当前医院发展过程中亟需解决的重点问题。本篇论文中,笔者主要对目前医院财务管理中的问题进行了探讨,并对新医疗体制下如何实现医院财务管理的改进与创新这一问题进行了分析,以供参考。
Hospital financial management is one of the most important parts in hospital economic management. It occupies a very important position in the hospital economic management and plays a very important role. Financial management plays a controlling and guiding role in the hospital’s medical services, which is also an important factor that affects the hospital’s economic and social benefits. The continuous deepening of the medical system reform has posed more stringent requirements for the hospital’s financial management. Meanwhile, the financial management of the hospital under the new medical system has also faced many problems. Based on this reason, under the new medical system, how to improve and innovate the hospital’s financial management is a key issue urgently needed to be solved in the current development of the hospital. In this paper, the author mainly discusses the current hospital financial management problems, and analyzes how to improve and innovate the hospital financial management under the new medical system for reference.
