邹德文教授,男,1964年出生,博士,教授,硕士生导师；1996年、2003年分别获华中科技大学经济学硕士、博士学位,2004-2006年在北京大学光华管理学院从事博士后研究；现任中共湖北省委党校战略与省情研究室主任、学术委员会委员,武汉东湖高新区战略发展研究院副院长；兼任全省党校系统学术委员会委员和高级职称评审委员会委员、北京大学国家高新区发展战略研究院研究员、国家软科学课题评审委员、中国软科学研究会理事、湖北省经济学会秘书长、上海《科技创业》杂志创业咨询师；享受湖北省政府专项津贴,2002年入选湖北新世纪高层次人才工程第二层次入选。
