目的分析严重液体外渗发生的原因,并总结有效的护理对策。方法回顾性分析1例典型的液体外渗案件,对患儿的临床资料进行详细的分析,对发生液体外渗的原因进行分析,根据出现的问题召开护士大会,认真讨论问题的成因及防患对策。结果患儿经过有效及时的治疗与处理得以痊愈出院。结论对于输液患者护士应重视每一个操作环节,做好查看及巡视工作,以免引起液体外渗,增加医患纠纷的发生。护士应严格履行神圣的职责,做好护理工作,使患者享受到最佳的护理服务。
Objective To analyze the causes of severe fluid leakage and to summarize the effective nursing measures. Methods A case of typical liquid extravasation was retrospectively analyzed.
