我国农村正朝着生产现代化、产品商品化、经济专业化和管理科学化的方向迅猛发展。农业的发展使农村对各种人才的数量和质量都提出了新的要求,即不仅需要一批高级技术人才,而且更需要一大批初、中级技术人才和成千上万具有一定文化科学技术水平的合格劳动者。然而,当前农村人才无论在数量上或者质量上都远远未能达到这个要求。这就向我国教育,特别是农村中学教育,提出了一个急需解决的重大课题——如何又快又好地为农村造就
