各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市林业(农林) 厅(局),西藏自治区农牧林委,黑龙江省森林工业总局,新疆生产建设兵团农业局,大兴安岭林业公司,林业部各直属单位,各申报单位: 林业部科学技术进步奖评审委员会于1991年11月28日至12月3日在福建省召开评审会议,对申报1991年度林业部科学技术进步奖的270项成果进行了评审,评选出获奖成果138项,其中一等奖lO项、二等奖24项、三等奖104项;缓评46项(详见附件)。此外,形式审查不合格及不评不奖86项。本文及附件在《中国林业报》及林业科技
Departments of forestry (agriculture and forestry) (bureau) in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and Forestry Commission of the Tibet Autonomous Region, the State Forestry Administration of Heilongjiang Province, the Agriculture Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the forestry companies of Daxinganling Forestry Department, Unit: Ministry of Forestry Science and Technology Progress Award The Jury held a review meeting in Fujian Province from November 28 to December 3, 1991 to evaluate 270 achievements of the 1991 Ministry of Forestry Science and Technology Progress Award The results of 138, of which lO first prize, second prize 24, third prize 104; slow assessment 46 (see annex). In addition, there were 86 non-conformities and no awards for formal examination. This article and the appendix in the “China Forestry Daily” and forestry science and technology
