丘陵紫色土防护林混农林业结构类型的研究，为解决长江中上游丘陵紫色土生态经济型防护林林分组建技术问题提供科学依据。经过１９９１—１９９５年的研究表明，在组建的６个混农林业结构中，都从不同的侧面反映了各自的特性、功能和效益。
The research on agroforestry structure of purple earth-protecting forest in hilly land provides scientific basis for solving the technical problems in the construction of ecologically-economical shelterbelt of purple soil in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River. After 1991-1995 research shows that in the formation of the six agroforestry structure, from different aspects reflect their own characteristics, functions and benefits.
