江西宜春风动工具厂生产的YDT32KB隔爆型电动凿岩机由于生产效率高和携带使用方便等优点而深受用户欢迎,但也因该机连杆大头端部经常断裂而阻碍了进一步生产和推广应用。文献成功地对该机连杆装置进行了模拟工况的动载测试,测出了连杆的谱载荷。本文叙述了连杆装置的工作原理,对连杆的受力进行了理论分析,弄清了连杆服役时的动力学原理,为该产品的改进设计提供了理论依据。

The literature successfully carried out the dynamic test of the connecting rod device of the machine under simulated working conditions and measured the spectral load of the connecting rod. This paper describes the working principle of the connecting rod device, analyzes the force of the connecting rod theoretically and clarifies the kinetics principle when the connecting rod is in service, which provides a theoretical basis for the improved design of the product.
