本文研究产权制度环境与交易中的选择 ,分析产权制度下交易选择的二元序关系 (binarysequencerelationship) ,定义“序贯选择” (se quentialdecision) ,研究产权制度与交易选择的效用函数的存在性。把个体在产权制度环境中的交易选择用效用函数模型进行描述和分析 ,以此研究产权规则与选择的效率性问题 ,求解最优选择。
This paper researches the choice of environment and transaction of property rights system, analyzes the binary sequence relationship of the transaction options under the property rights system, defines the sequential choice, and investigates the existence of the utility function of the property system and transaction selection. To describe and analyze the transaction selection of individual in the environment of property rights system with the utility function model to study the efficiency of property rules and selection and to solve the optimal choice.
