目的评价MRI对X线平片阴性的肩部损伤诊断价值。方法 16列X线平片检查阴性的肩部外伤的做MRI检查采SE/T1W1T2W1、3DFFE三种序列。结果共13列有阳性发现,伤后25天以内者10列,骨挫伤4列,肩袖损伤3列,骨挫伤并肩袖损伤2列,骨挫伤并细小骨折1列,伤后25天以上者3列,主要表现骨松质硬,轻微骨骼形态改变。结论 MRI对X线平片阴性旦症状较明显的肩部外伤有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in the diagnosis of negative shoulder injury by X-ray. Methods Sixteen X-ray plain films were used to examine the negative shoulder injuries. Three sequences of SE / T1W1T2W1 and 3DFFE were collected. Results A total of 13 cases were found positive, 10 cases within 25 days after injury, 4 cases of bone contusion, 3 cases of rotator cuff injury, 2 cases of bone contusion and rotator cuff injury, bone contusion and small fracture in 1 column, 25 days after injury 3 columns, the main performance of cortical bone hard, slight changes in bone morphology. Conclusion MRI has important diagnostic value in the diagnosis of shoulder injury with obvious negative X-ray.
