以PVC为基体,添加一定量经硅烷偶联剂KH570处理过的石墨,置于自制球磨机中,以100r/min的转速机械球磨30min,在165℃、8MPa的条件下于平板硫化机中热压15min,制备PVC/石墨导电复合材料。结果表明:当石墨含量为20%,KH570用量为石墨的2%时,复合材料的电阻率为0.1691Ω·cm,导热率为0.71502W/(m·K),拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别为8.63MPa和16.88MPa,软化点和热分解温度比纯PVC材料相应提高了1.55℃和8.13℃。复合材料具有良好的导电导热性能以及力学强度。
To PVC as a matrix, add a certain amount of silane coupling agent KH570 treated graphite, placed in a homemade ball mill, mechanical milling 30min at 100r / min speed, at 165 ℃, 8MPa conditions in a flat-panel curing press hot 15min, prepared PVC / graphite conductive composite. The results show that the resistivity of composite is 0.1691 Ω · cm and the thermal conductivity is 0.71502 W / (m · K) when the content of graphite is 20% and the amount of KH570 is 2%. The tensile strength and flexural strength are 8.63MPa and 16.88MPa respectively. The softening point and thermal decomposition temperature were increased by 1.55 ℃ and 8.13 ℃ respectively compared with the pure PVC material. Composite materials have good electrical and thermal conductivity and mechanical strength.
