据文献报导(1980,1982),吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病有良好效果,但所用疗程较长,多采用3～5天疗法。为观察吡喹酮一天疗法治疗华支睾吸虫病的疗效、副反应及临床治疗适宜剂量,我们于1981年6～12月进行了453例患者的临床试验。
According to the literature (1980,1982), praziquantel treatment of Clonorchiasis has a good effect, but the longer course of treatment, the more use of 3 to 5 days therapy. To observe the effect of praziquantel one-day treatment of Clonorchiasis, side effects and the appropriate dose of clinical treatment, we performed clinical trials in 453 patients from June to December 1981.
