目的 :研究彩超在妇产科急腹症中的实际应用的效果。方法 :选取我院2015年至2016年之间治疗的妇产科急腹症的病例120例,平均年龄为35岁,相应的进行彩超检查并且记录检查的结果,进行统计学分析。结果:120例患者中异位妊娠的病例100例,彩超检查诊断的患者为95例,检查结果的准确率达到95%,卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的患者为11例,彩超诊断为8例,检查结果的准确率为72.73%,黄体破裂患者为9例,检查结果的准确率为94.5%。结论 :彩超在妇产科急腹症中检查准确率高,操作简便,有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To study the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the practical application of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: A total of 120 cases of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected. The mean age was 35 years. The results of color Doppler ultrasound examination and the recording of the results were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results: 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy in 120 patients, 95 cases diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography, 95% accuracy of examination results, 11 cases of torsion of ovarian tumors, 8 cases diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, the results of examination The accuracy rate was 72.73%. The patients with corpus luteum rupture were 9 cases. The accuracy of test results was 94.5%. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen high accuracy, easy to operate, has a high clinical value.
